70 g pot Ingredients: cinnamon, anise, ginger, cardamom, star anise, pepper, nutmeg, paprika, cloves and coriander

To make your own gingerbread, you will need:

- 1 jar of spice mix ScrapCooking

- 250 g of honey

- 250 g flour

- 100 g caster sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

- 2 eggs

- 10 cl of milk In a bowl mix the flour, yeast, sugar and about 4 teaspoons spice mixture ScrapCooking.

In a saucepan, heat the honey and pour it over your mix.

Gently fold the eggs with a wooden spoon, then the warm milk to get a smooth preparation.

Preheat oven to 160 ° C.

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan well buttered and floured. Bake for 1h-1:15.

Turn out the gingerbread when completely cooled.
