Gelatin and baking powder.

FunCakes baking powder is a pure baking powder containing perfectly dosed tartaric acid and sodium bicarbonate.

It is the ideal baking powder for cakes and cakes.

Tip: Prepare your homemade fermenting flour by mixing 2 teaspoons (8 g) of baking powder with 250 g of flour.

Ingredients: tartaric acid: E336, sodium carbonate: E500.

Content: 80 grams.

Pure gelatin powder of excellent quality.

This natural gelling agent, entirely based on beef skin.

This gelatin has a Bloom index of 150.

Powdered gelatin is indicated for binding and thickening creams, mousses, bavarois, custards and fruit jams.

20 grams of gelatin must be added per liter of product to obtain the correct thickening and 40 grams for a flan that does not run.

Preparation: Pour the necessary amount of gelatin powder into the liquid.

Heat the whole up to 40 ºC while stirring so that the gelatin dissolves.

The preparation must not cook!

Let cool and take the mixture in the refrigerator.

Gelatin cannot be used with the following fresh fruits: pineapple, kiwi, papaya, mango and ginger.

Ingredient: bovine gelatin (E441).

Bloom measures the gelling power of gelatin, this index is important in terms of quality.

The Bloom degree is generally between 50 and 300.

This degree indicates the strength of the gelatin's gelling power.
