To gel your preparations naturally, discover the SME plant gelatin. In powder form, it is very practical to use in pastry as in the kitchen. This is the natural version of gelatin, an alternative to animal gelatin.

It can therefore be used in vegetarian dishes and cakes. To make a jelly, it is necessary to count about 5 g of gelatin in powder for 75 ml of liquid. Ingredients: thickener (carrageenan - E407), acidity regulator (sodium - E331), salt substitute (potassium chloride - E508), dextrose. Weight: 20 grams.
