To make 12 waffles, you need: 175 g of flour, 70 g of caster sugar, 100 ml of warm milk, 100 ml of oil, 2 eggs, 1/2 sachet of baking powder, 1/2 sachet of vanilla sugar , 1 pinch of salt.
Preparation: Beat eggs with sugar until foamy.
Then pour the oil into the foam and whip.
Add the remaining ingredients to a smooth texture and finally add the flour and baking powder.
Fill the mold with the dough after greasing it.
Cook the waffles at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
