Box of golden and red Christmas candles to make yourself.
The candle wax is to be poured into one of the 6 sachets (capacity 500 g), close with an elastic band and melt over low heat in a double boiler, then pour into a mold, and adding dyes and special scents for candles .
This ready-to-use candle wax mixture is made of paraffin and stearin.
Tip: if you don't use all of the wax, let it cool in the original bag.
Each bag can be reused several times.
Add the gingerbread scent at the last moment so that it does not evaporate.
Then fill your candle mold in several successive stages, wait +/- 10 minutes between each stage and above all remember to darken the shade between each stage to obtain a gradient.
You can also create your multicolored candles: You just have to fill your candle mold again in several successive stages then wait +/- 20-25 minutes between each stage.
Remember to perform each step in a different color.
Dimensions of the mold: diameter: 80 mm.
Recommended quantity of candle wax: 200 g.
To really make a success of your candle, take care to join the middle of the mold well so as not to create a leak.
Once the wax is poured into the mold, you can add a wick.
With these 5 m of wicks, you have enough to equip 60 to 70 candles (at the rate of 7-8 cm of wick per candle).
Finally, once the wick has been added and the preparation has cooled down, you can decorate your candle with Christmas colors using a 30 ml golden and red liquid wax pencil.
