Reclosable bag of powdered gelatin. Made in France. Gelatin melts when heated and solidifies when cooled. Mixed with water, it forms a semi-solid colloid gel. For freezing, using 9 g of gelatin powder in half a liter of liquid. For puddings (containing egg yolk), using 6 grams of gelatin powder. For puddings demolding, use 12 g of gelatin powder. Mix gelatin powder with about 5 times its volume of cold water and let the mixture stand for about 10 minutes.
