A little less aromatic than fresh hyssop, Bingen's Hildegarde powdered hyssop will soothe your respiratory system (throat, pharynx, vocal cords) and bring a refreshing and aromatic note to your cooking.
It is recommended to consume about 3 grams of hyssop powder per day to obtain convincing results on your body.
Recipe idea for cooking hyssop powder: Chicken stew Mix 2 teaspoons of hyssop with a pinch of salt and nutmeg and rub your chicken with it.
Then slide it into a casserole dish with a few sliced onions and let it cook for at least 1 hour depending on the size of your chicken.
