Matcha organic green tea is a refined tea from Organic Farming, to be enjoyed as a drink or to incorporate in culinary preparations, such as cakes or ice-creams. Used in Japan during the tea ceremony, this matcha tea is made through the extremely fine grinding of green tea leaves.

The emerald green powder thus obtained can then be diluted and beaten in hot water using a green tea whisk.
