Roasted barley, also known as mugicha in Japan, is a drink between grilled tea and coffee, but it does not contain caffeine. Gluten-free, it is a delicious coffee substitute for its malt and full-bodied aromas. You can consume it both iced, infused or minted. To taste it, it is advisable to infuse a sachet about 8 minutes in a water to 95 degrees. This mugicha comes from organic farming. The box contains 20 sachets to infuse.
