6 azymes leaves, essential to the realization of calissons and nougats, but also for the decoration of cakes or Yule logs (bûches de Noël)!
It is with these sheets, also called wafer paper, that you can cut out and constitute the unleavened decorations to be arranged on a pastry, in particular the Yule log. These leaves are made like cereal bread, but not leavened (not swollen by the effect of yeast).
Cut your unleavened leaves to the desired size using a pair of food scissors.
Traditionally, unleavened bread is used for Jewish Passover or the Catholic Eucharist.
Ingredients: potato starch, water.
May contain traces of cereals, milk, soya and derivatives.
Store away from light and moisture after opening.
Size: 210 x 297 mm, thickness: 0.3 mm.
Can also be used to decorate cakes with SCRAPCOOKING® FOOD COLOURING PENS.
