A natural thickener, dehydrated glucose improves the shelf life of ice cream and sorbets. It is also a precious help to thicken cake toppings and icing, or chocolates to keep them moist.

Dehydrated Glucose is derived from corn starch - it may contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame, cereals and derivatives.

Dosage: 4 % to 10 % of the total weight.
