In order to preserve all its nutritional qualities, our Maca is finely ground at low temperature.
It is easily used in all kitchens: its delicious sweet-fruity taste goes well with your drinks, desserts, breakfasts, soups and sauces...etc.
Benefits: Maca is rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, and a source of zinc and protein.
It stimulates intellectual activity and strengthens memory, supports physical and mental performance.
It is also an energizer without containing caffeine.
Recommended dose for maximum benefit: 1.5g of Maca powder per day (1 teaspoonful is equivalent to 6g).

Ingredients : Maca root powder (Lepidium meyenii) from organic farming.
Suggestions: 1 to 2 teaspoons in your drinks (200 ml of juice, smoothies, shakes...), 1 teaspoon in 100 g of yoghurt or compote, 1 to 2 teaspoons for 200 g of cake, cake, muesli, 1 to 2 teaspoons for 200 ml of sauce or soup.
