Go back to childhood with the famous little chocolate and marshmallow bears thanks to the ScrapCooking silicone mould.
In no time, you will be able to make your own little teddy bears yourself.
To make your homemade marshmallow bears, you will need: 1 chocolate bar of the flavor you want: white, milk, praline or dark, 1 jar of mini-marshmallows to melt if you don't want to make your own marshmallow, 1 ScrapCooking food brush.
First, melt your chocolate bar in a bain-marie, without adding anything.
The chocolate must remain pure.
Spread a first layer of melted chocolate in your bear mold with your food brush, making sure not to leave any part of your bear uncovered.
This will allow you to obtain a perfect shell for your teddy bear during unmolding and tasting.
Then put your mold in the fridge and prepare your marshmallow during this time.
Once ready and the chocolate well set in your molds, insert the marshmallow with a piping bag into your bear molds.
Leave about 2mm to cover with your second layer of chocolate.
Then leave to cool for 1 hour and unmold gently.
Your marshmallow and chocolate bears are ready!
