Instructions for use: Melt the pastry chocolate in a bain-marie Place the structure sheet with the reliefs at the top Pour the chocolate into it with a pastry bag or a spoon, level with a spatula and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours Then take off gently the sheet to give an original shape to the chocolate (use a hot cutter if necessary)
