This ready-to-use purple mirror icing preparation will give your pastries and biscuits a smooth icing but will also be very useful for making precision decorations. Very easy to use, just heat the pot in a water bath at 50°C without the lid, turn the preparation regularly, then place your icing on a frozen cake and it's ready!
