The three gold, silver and copper colored surface dyes will be perfect for decorating your pastries, chocolates or other gourmet creation. The surface dyes give a brilliant touch to your pastries, when applied with a damp brush. The powder is not made to be used as a dye because with heat or other food, the iridescent effect disappears.
