Make your own gumpaste or food glue with xanthan gum PME.
This white powder has no flavor and is also the basic ingredient of ice cream, milkshakes and more.
Recipe for making edible glue: mix 1/4 teaspoon of gum powder with 4 tablespoons of water.
It will take about 10-20 minutes to dissolve.
It will be a clear glue, no color.
Recipe to make the gumpaste quickly: take 5 gr of xhantan and 250 g of sugar paste.
Knead let stand for 20 to 30 minutes before use.
Recipe for quick pastillage: Mix and stir 1 teaspoon of powder in 100 g of royal icing.
Leave to stand 1 hour before use.
