Cocoa butter powder can be used in cooking in many ways:

- To temper chocolate

- For cooking food

- As a binder for pop cake

- To make sand roses

It is a much higher quality fat than copra oil.

Finally, you can use it to chablon the tart bases: on a white baked dough, brush with cocoa butter to waterproof the dough before placing your fruit or custard.
