Plant these spinach seeds in your vegetable garden!

This variety requires a soil rich in organic matter, rather shady and slightly humid.

It is characterized by large, thick and crunchy leaves.

Sow the seeds between April and July at a depth of 2 cm every 25 cm.

It is advisable to thin out the plants at the 3/4 leaf stage at 10 cm intervals.

Then harvest the outer leaves to let the plant grow between October and April.
