The Rothild carrot (Daucus carota) is a very juicy, mass-breeding variety.
It will be perfect in your soups, sauce dishes or raw (grated or in sticks).
To change traditional recipes (beef bourguignon, blanquette de veau...) we advise you to try the leek and carrot curry or the carrot balls with cumin.
Sowing will take place between April and July or in October/November with sunny exposure and harvest/flowering in March/April/October/November.
Remember to cover them with a mixture of very fine soil and sand over a few millimetres.
