The Nantaise 2 carrot (Daucus carota) is a soft and very sweet variety that has a good shelf life.
It will be perfect in your soups, sauce dishes or raw (grated or in sticks).
To change traditional recipes (beef bourguignon, blanquette de veau...) we advise you to try the leek and carrot curry or carrot balls with cumin.
Sowing will take place between March and July with sunny exposure and harvest/flowering between July and August or between October and December.
Remember to cover them with a mixture of very fine soil and sand over a few millimetres.
Capacity: 1.5 grams for 1500 seeds.
