Detroit round beet (Beta vulgaris) is a sweet variety with an abundant juice without having the taste of earth.

It can be eaten raw as cooked, grated or in salads.

To vary your recipes, try beet/goat gnocchi or beet hummus.

Sowing is done between March and June with sunny exposure and harvest/flowering between July and November.

Capacity: 2.6 grams for 150 seeds.
