Parsnip (Pastinaca sativa) is a vegetable that will flavour your soups.

It can also be cooked in a winter vegetable pie or in a parsnip/carrot flan.

Sowing is done between March and June in sunny, deep soil and harvest/flowering between July and December.

Also make sure that the soil remains moist until the first leaves appear.

Capacity: 1.84 grams for 400 seeds.
